This course provides the competency required by administrators tasked with creating Rhapsody routes and interfaces from scratch. (Approx: 60 hours to complete)

Prerequisites

This course has the following prerequisites: Rhapsody Associate Certification

It is recommended that attendees have a high level of experience with messaging engines in general and Rhapsody in particular.

Rhapsody Professional Certification provides the competency required by administrators tasked with creating Rhapsody routes and interfaces from scratch.

Goals

To teach Rhapsody administrators how to:

  • Control message flow through the Rhapsody engine
  • Work with network and file-based interfaces
  • Work with information stored in a database
  • Apply business logic to message processing using the range of Rhapsody filters
  • Manage messages being sent to the Error and Hold queues
  • 
Configure notifications generated in response to specified issue events
